1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tyre Track’s website and booking any service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

Tyre Track provides on-demand tyre sales, fitment, wheel alignment, and rotation at your location via our mobile service vans. All services are subject to availability, technician dispatch times, and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Booking: You may book via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. Provide accurate vehicle details and location.
  • Confirmation: We will confirm your appointment slot and technician details via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI, and major cards. All prices include parts, labor, and applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the booked time without charge. Cancellations within 4 hours incur a 50% service fee. Parts ordered specifically for you may not be refundable.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Ensure safe and legal parking space for our technician’s vehicle and equipment.
  • Provide accurate vehicle make/model and tyre specifications.
  • Comply with all local traffic and safety regulations during service.

6. Warranty & Liability

We offer a 12-month/15,000 km warranty on workmanship and parts where applicable. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and code on this website are the property of Tyre Track Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

Tyre Track reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
